  • STEP 1.Peel the raw bananas and cut them into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Boil the raw banana pieces in salted water until they are tender.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  • STEP 7.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
