Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the raw bananas into cubes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, and spices. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add the chopped raw bananas, tamarind pulp, and coconut paste to the pan. Mix well.
