STEP 1.Take cloves of garlic, some curry leaves, green chillies, and blend properly. add some cumin seeds and black pepper and grind again. Prepare a chutney type consistency and keep aside.
STEP 2.Take another bowl and add some tamarind juice, some chopped tomatoes and smash it. prepare a mixture. Keep aside.
STEP 3.Chop some coriander leaves.
STEP 4.Take a pan with some oil, heat it and add a teaspoon of mustard seeds, dried chili, curry leaves, crushed masala, and cook. Then add some asafoetida and cook.
STEP 5.After a few minutes add a spoon of turmeric, the tamarind mixture in it and add water as required. Cook till it boils. Add the garlic paste made earlier and the chopped coriander. Ready to be served.
