Pork Shabu-Shabu Salad Recipe

Recipe By RecipeTin Japan

Paper-thin pork slices are cooked just like shabu-shabu hotpot and quickly cooled down. The mound of chilled pork shabu-shabu on plenty of lettuce leaves is quite a healthy salad. It can be a main dish as well. The sesame soy dressing is perfect for it. Total time does not include time to chill the cooked pork in the freezer (about 15 minutes). Don't forget to see the section 'meal ideas' below the recipe card It gives you a list of dishes that i have already posted and this recipe that can make up a complete meal. I hope it is of help to you.
