Directions : Pestiscos Recipe

step 1

STEP 1.Cook garlic cloves and olive oil on a low heat in a pan.

STEP 1.In a bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Add them to the pan and cook. Remove and sprinkle parsley.

STEP 1.Put the sauce in a saucepan and add onions in half and saute. Preserve the pasta and set aside.

step 4

STEP 1.Place sausages and cheese on a plate. Serve along with eggs, pesto, mackerel, bread and seasoned olives.
