  • 50 gram pine nuts
  • 1 No.s garlic clove
  • 50 milliliter olive oil

  • STEP 1.Cook garlic cloves and olive oil on a low heat in a pan.

  • STEP 1.In a bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Add them to the pan and cook. Remove and sprinkle parsley.

  • STEP 1.Put the sauce in a saucepan and add onions in half and saute. Preserve the pasta and set aside.

  • STEP 1.Place sausages and cheese on a plate. Serve along with eggs, pesto, mackerel, bread and seasoned olives.
