• 2.5 cup White Vinegar
• 1 cup Packed brown sugar
• 0.75 cup Sugar
• 1 Medium sweet red pepper, finely chopped
• 1 Small onion, finely chopped
• 1 Banana pepper, seeded and finely chopped
• 0.6666666666666665 cup Golden Raisins
• 1 tablespoon Minced fresh gingerroot
• 1 teaspoon Canning salt
• 6 Whole cloves
• 1 stick Cinnamon , cut in half
• 3 pound Fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
