STEP 1.Peel and cut each banana lengthwise into 3-4 long pieces or 6-8 short pieces.
STEP 2.1 take a bowl and add 2 cup maida, 1 tbsp rice flour, 5-6tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt, ½ tsp turmeric powder and some water. Mix well to make batter.
STEP 3.2 heat oil in a kadai, make sure you don’t overheat the oil.
STEP 4.3 dip the banana piece in the batter and then carefully put into the oil. Fry it in batches.
STEP 5.4 repeat step 3 for the rest of the pieces.
STEP 6.5 flip it after 1 minute. Fry both sides in medium flame.
STEP 7.6 transfer it to a serving plate. Pazhampori is ready now.
