  • 1/2 No.s Pazham/Nentra Pazham
  • As required Sugar
  • As required Ghee/Butter/Coconut Oil to fry

Directions: Nadan Pazham Porichathu Recipe

Preparation Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel the bananas and cut it into 2 halves horizontally. Then divide each halve into 4 equal parts vertically. Or Peel and cut bananas horizontally into equal sized pieces.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the banana pieces in medium flame.
  • STEP 2.Flip it after 2 mins. Then again flip it after 2 mins. Fry both the sides very well.
  • STEP 3.Transfer to a plate. Add some sugar on top.
  • STEP 4.Pazham porichathu is ready to be served.
