  • STEP 1.Peel banana and grate it into thin pieces .

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a kadai.
  • STEP 2.Fry the grated banana in batches. Maintain medium flame. Fry it for 6-9 mins.
  • STEP 3.Before taking it out of the oil, change the flame from medium to high.
  • STEP 4.After frying all the grated banana.Let it cool down. Add salt to taste .Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Nendra pazham chips are ready to be served.
