It is a famous dish with a filling of chutney, sometimes dipped in beasan batter and are made into pakodas, but here i have given it a twist by making tikka with them and then cooked in gravy.
Ingredients For Paneer Pasanda Tikka Masala Recipe
500 gram paneer, diced big and thick
For stuffing
1 cup coriander leaves
0.5 cup Mint leaves
4 green chillies
1 teaspoon Ginger
2 teaspoon Jeera
1 tablespoon Lime Juice

For Marination
1 cup hung curd
2 teaspoon garlic paste
2 teaspoon ginger paste
2 teaspoon red chilly powder
4 teaspoon dhania powder
1 teaspoon Haldi
2 teaspoon tandoori masala
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 tablespoon kasuri methi
For gravy
1 cup onion paste
2 cup fresh tomatoes paste
1 teaspoon greenchillies paste
1 tablespoon kitchen king masala
3 tablespoon cream
2 cup Milk
1 teaspoon kasoori methi
2 tablespoon kaju and magaz ka paste
As required Salt
2 tablespoon oil or ghee
4 Cloves
1 stick Cinnamon
2 big elaichi
0.5 teaspoon elaichi powder
