STEP 1.Heat a pan add butter put garlic fry well then add onions fry it
STEP 2.Once its well fried add carrot, capsicum fry well then add spice masala
STEP 3.Mix well add paneer gently mix well
STEP 4.Then add rice,salt,fried rice masala finally add spring onion
STEP 5.Take a plate place rice ready to serve
