Directions : Paat Pata'R Bora Recipe

STEP 1.Wash the leaves well and let them dry

STEP 2.Prepare a batter in a bowl with flour 70g,semolina 30g,poppy seeds 1tsp,turmeric ¼ tsp ,red chili powder ¼ tsp ,salt 3g,sugar 12g,mustard oil 5g,water.

STEP 3.Let it sit for 15mins

STEP 4.Heat the pan with oil to deep fry

STEP 5.Dip the leaves well in the batter and deep fry one by one

STEP 6.Serve as a snacks or side dish
