Ingredients for Paat Pata'R Bora Recipe

  • As required Paat Pata or Jute leaves
  • 70 gram Flour
  • 30 gram Semolina
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 3 gram Salt
  • 12 gram Sugar
  • 5 gram Mustard oil
  • As required Water
  • As required Vegetable oil for deep fry

Directions: Paat Pata'r Bora Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash the leaves well and let them dry

step 2

  • STEP 2.Prepare a batter in a bowl with flour 70g,semolina 30g,poppy seeds 1tsp,turmeric ¼ tsp ,red chili powder ¼ tsp ,salt 3g,sugar 12g,mustard oil 5g,water.

  • STEP 3.Let it sit for 15mins

step 4

  • STEP 4.Heat the pan with oil to deep fry

step 5

  • STEP 5.Dip the leaves well in the batter and deep fry one by one

step 6

  • STEP 6.Serve as a snacks or side dish
