STEP 1.Peel and cut the bottle group into semi round halves (as shown in the video)

STEP 2.Cook with hot water and salt for 1min and let it cool

STEP 3.Paste the mustard seeds, grated coconut,green chilies,salt,sugar and water

STEP 4.Make a batter of flour,semolina,poppy seeds, turmeric powder, chili powder, sugar,salt , mustard oil and little water

STEP 5.Heat oil in a kadhai

STEP 6.Add mustard oil and nigella seeds

STEP 7.Add the paste and mix well to fry

STEP 8.Fry until the colour darkens

STEP 9.Set aside to cool

STEP 10.Use it as a filling for the bottle gourd

STEP 11.Dip the filled bottle gourd in the batter,coat well

STEP 12.Deep fry them in oil

STEP 13.Serve as a side dish to rice and dal
