Ingredients For Opor Ayam Recipe

• 3 pound Bone in chicken pieces
• 4 Cloves garlic
• 5 Shallots peeled
• 4 Kemiri/candlenuts or use about 10 macadamia nuts
• 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
• 1 tablespoon Galangal powder
• 1 inch Ginger peeled
• 3 tablespoon Oil
• 5 Kaffir lime leaves tear edges to release flavor
• 5 Bay leaves
• 2 part Lemon grass stems fleshy bruised
• 4 cup Chicken stock 6 cups if you cook on the stove
• 1 cup Thick coconut milk
• 4 Hard boiled eggs
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Salt or more to taste
• Crispy fried shallots/bawang goreng for garnish
