  • 2 Nos garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon thai roasted chilli paste
  • 8 ounce chicken breast
  • 1/4 Nos onion
  • 2 ounce green beans
  • 1/2 Nos carrot
  • 1/4 Nos green capsicum
  • 1 Nos red chilli
  • 3 Nos bird eyes chillies
  • 1.50 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1.50 teaspoon sweet soy sauce

How to Make Ayam Paprik Recipe

STEP 01

Mince garlic

STEP 02

Cut chicken into thin pieces

Peel carrot & slice it

STEP 04

Deseed capsicum and slice it thinly

Deseed red chillies & thinly slice it

Lightly pound the birds eyes chillies if taken

1.add oil in a pan & heat it

2.add chopped garlic and stir fry it

STEP 09

3.now add the thai roasted chilli paste,chicken & quickly stir fry it

STEP 10

4.once the chicken is half cooked add the green beans,carrot,green and red capsicum.

STEP 11

5.then add the sweet sauce and fish sauce sauce and stir it well

STEP 12

6.after all the ingredients are cooked through serve the chicken with steamed white rice.
