  • 2 cup jasmine rice
  • 10 cup Water
  • 300 gram bone in skinless chicken breast
  • As required Green Onions
  • As required Cut ginger
  • As required Soy sauce
  • As required Sesame oil
  • As required White pepper powder

  • STEP 1.Chop green onions

  • STEP 2.Wash and drain rice

  • STEP 3.Grind white pepper and ginger

  • STEP 4.1.in a small size pot add chicken and 10 cups of water.

  • STEP 5.2.bring it to a boil then cook it at low flame for 25-30 mins

step 6

  • STEP 6.3.let it cool now and shred the meat,keep the liquid to be used as a base.

  • STEP 7.4.add rice to the chicken broth and bring it to a boil

step 8

  • STEP 8.5.serve and garnish with shredded chicken meat,chopped green onion,soy sauce,few drops of sesame oil,ground white pepper and ginger.
