Did you know, Macher Teler Bora is a vada or a fried snack made of fish oil? This recipe is fairly simple, for this is a bora (vada) made with everyday ingredients such as grated coconut, onion, green chilies. rice flour and gram flour and a pinch of salt.  

Narkeler Bora, literally translates to a fritter made of coconut. For this recipe, you can use either leftover grated coconut, or grate some fresh coconut. Mix everything well with other ingredients, and fry to perfection. You can eat it as a snack, or pair it with rice or curry. You are going to love this recipe.
