STEP 1.Take both flour in a big pot,add salt ,kalonji,sesame seeds, black pepper powder and ghee for moin
STEP 2.Rub with hands then add water to knead a tight dough
STEP 3.Keep for rest for 15 minutes covered with a wet cloth
STEP 4.Then again knead and take small portion of one inch approximately, spread it on a fork and give impressions of fork
STEP 5.Now roll it to give desired shape as shown in my picture
STEP 6.Deep fry till crisp on medium hot oil
STEP 7.Take out in a plate on absorbing paper
STEP 8.Keep in a container after cooling down and enjoy on festival 🙂
