Ingredients for Jodhpuri mirchi Vada Recipe

  • 1 g Big green chillies
  • 0.40 Pieces Boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1/5 tsp Salt
  • a pinch jeera
  • a pinch Hing
  • 1/5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/5 tsp shakkar
  • 1/5 tsp Amchoor
  • 0.40 tsp Anardana
  • 0.80 tbsp Besan
  • 1/10 tsp Salt
  • 1/5 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/20 tsp ajwain
  • a pinch Hing
  • 0.40 Cups Oil

Directions: Jodhpuri Mirchi Vada Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly Slit the chillies
  • STEP 2.Remove the seeds if u dont want them spicy
  • STEP 3.Mash the stuffing ingredients together
  • STEP 4.Make a batter adding water in besan and all ingredients together. The batte should be a bit thick so that it can stick to the chillies
  • STEP 5.Fill the mashed potato stuffing in the chillies
  • STEP 6.Heat oil
  • STEP 7.Deep fry evenly on all sides till the batter is cooked well..adjust heat accordingly...
  • STEP 8.Remove on a tissue paper
  • STEP 9.Serve with chutneys of ur choice...and Tea☕☕
  • STEP 10.Enjoy..
