• 25 gram 1 package dried shitake mushrooms
• 2 cup Hot water
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 Onion diced
• 2 Stalks celery diced
• 2 Cloves garlic minced
• 2 cup Cremini mushrooms sliced
• 1 cup Oyster mushrooms stems removed, and sliced
• 5 cup Vegetable stock
• 1 Bay leaf
• 2 teaspoon Thyme leaf
• 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 0.5 cup A hulled barley rinsed
• 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
• 0.5 cup A baby kale or spinach, sliced into ribbons
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
