• 2 cup Puffed rice
• 0.25 cup Nylon Sev
• 0.25 cup Roasted masala chana dal
• 0.25 cup Roasted masala peanuts
• 8 Puris crisp, crushed
• 1 Onion, finely chopped , medium sized
• 1 Potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed , large
• 2 Green chillies, finely chopped
• As required Salt
• 0.25 cup Green chutney
• 0.5 cup Dates and tamarind chutney
• 2 tablespoon garlic and red chilli chutney
• 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
• For The Garnish
• 1 tablespoon Nylon Sev
• 2 Crisp puris, broken
• 1 tablespoon Raw mango, finely chopped
• 0.25 bunch Fresh coriander leaves
