• STEP 1.Dice the meat strip into little chunky and chop the meat. Keep some large parts too.

• STEP 1.Transfer the chopped meat in a bowl and add salt, sugar, white pepper and soy sauce. Stir in one direction.

• STEP 2.Continuously slam the meat in the bowl.

• STEP 3.Make starch water mixture by adding 2 tbsp of water and ½ starch.

• STEP 4.Now add the starch mixture over the meat and stir to mix.

• STEP 5.In a wok, pour some pork broth or chicken broth, add in green onions, dried seaweed, drop in dollops of meat paste into the boiling pot. Boil on medium low heat.

• STEP 6.Add salt to taste and now transfer in a serving bowl and add red vinegar.
