Seaweed And Miso Salad Recipe

Recipe By QueRicaVida

Seaweed might be considered a tricky food, as it has a strong briny taste that many people reject. But there was one seaweed salad that i fell in love with once, and i will never forget it: a wakame (kind of seaweed) salad at a sushi restaurant in barcelona. It was creamy, incredibly tasty I dont have the recipe for that salad, but i have tried to recreate it here. I warn you, if youre an extra picky eater it may take a while for you to get used to the taste of seaweed. Its better if you have a small portion as an appetizer. But however you decide to eat it, its worth a try
