Directions : Menchi Katsu Recipe

STEP 1.In a large bowl put ,meat onion, egg, 1/4 cup panko,pepper and nutmeg , knead very well

STEP 2.Divide into 8 round pieces and flatten

STEP 3.Coat with flour,egg and then panko

STEP 4.Refrigerate for 20mins

STEP 5.Heat oil in a frying pan for deep frying

STEP 6.Fry the patties well each side

STEP 7.Serve with cabbage and tonkatsu sauce
