Directions : Mee Suah Recipe

STEP 1.1. Add minced carrot and yellow onion in the meat in a bowl. Sprinkle white pepper, flour and egg on it.

STEP 2.Now put on your gloves and blend the mixture.

STEP 3.The mixture must be rolled into a ball.

STEP 4.In a pan heat some oil and deep fry the meat balls for 3 minutes and remove.

STEP 5.In a wok heat 2 tbsp oil and stir fry minced garlic until fragrant. Add 6 cups of water in it then add bouillon, fish sauce, add fried meatballs and mee suah noodles and cook for a minute.

STEP 6.Turn off the heat and add sesame oil. Add chopped green onions and transfer to a plate.
