Ingredients for Mee Suah Recipe

  • 340 gram ground pork
  • 3 tablespoon minced carrot
  • 3 tablespoon yellow onion
  • 4 tablespoon All purpose flour
  • 1 No.s egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
  • As required Cooking Oil
  • As required Garlic
  • 6 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 85 gram hokkien mee sua
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon green onions

Directions: Mee Suah Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Add minced carrot and yellow onion in the meat in a bowl. Sprinkle white pepper, flour and egg on it.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Now put on your gloves and blend the mixture.

step 3

  • STEP 3.The mixture must be rolled into a ball.

step 4

  • STEP 4.In a pan heat some oil and deep fry the meat balls for 3 minutes and remove.

step 5

  • STEP 5.In a wok heat 2 tbsp oil and stir fry minced garlic until fragrant. Add 6 cups of water in it then add bouillon, fish sauce, add fried meatballs and mee suah noodles and cook for a minute.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Turn off the heat and add sesame oil. Add chopped green onions and transfer to a plate.
