• 1 Small onion chopped finely
• 2 Green chilies chopped finely
• 10 Curry leaves torn with hand or chopped finely
• 1 T/s garam masala powder
• 2 tablespoon Fresh grated coconut
• 0.5 cup Coriander leaves chopped finely
• As required Salt as required
