• 1 Brown onion, thinly sliced
• 2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
• 195 gram Jar malaysian curry paste
• 2 stick Cinnamon
• 800 gram Beef chuck steak, cut into 3cm cubes
• 270 milliliter Can Coconut Milk
• 2 Large desiree potatoes, cut into quarters
• 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
• 50 gram Toasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
• Kaffir lime leaves, finely shredded
• 0.5 cup Coriander leaves
• Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
