• As required Salt
• 0.25 cup freshly chopped coriander
• 1 tablespoon chopped green chilli
• 1 big onion finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 0.5 inch ginger grated
• oil for shallow fry
• For stuffing
• 8 cashew nuts chopped
• 4 almonds chopped
• 8 raisins chopped
