  • 1/5 cup Dahi/hung curd/ Labneh
  • 50 gram fresh cottage cheese/paneer
  • 1/20 cup roasted gram flour
  • 1/5 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1/20 cup freshly chopped coriander
  • 1/5 tablespoon chopped green chilli
  • 1/5 big onion finely chopped
  • 1/5 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/10 inch ginger grated
  • As required oil for shallow fry
  • As required For stuffing
  • 1.60-2 cashew nuts chopped
  • 0.80-1 almonds chopped
  • 1.60-2 raisins chopped
