STEP 1.Dry roast makhanas so its moisture is removed and it can be crushed. Now when it cools down crush them roughly.
STEP 2.Now in a heavy bottom kadhai add ghee n roast mahanas. Now add milk and let it boil. Add sugar and milk masala. Now our makhana kheer is ready to serve.
