• 2.5 tablespoon Light soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
• 2 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
• 200 gram Glass noodles
• 1 Iceberg lettuce washed
• 1 bunch Mustard leaves washed
• 250 gram Daikon radish cut into rounds
• 3 Lebanese cucumbers julienned
• 1 Jar kimchi
• 1 bunch Enoki mushrooms ends trimmed
• 250 gram Bean sprouts blanched drained
• 1 tablespoon Chilli paste
