  • 1 teaspoon Gojuchang, you can use sriracha or sambal oelek if you can't find gojuchang
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1.50 Cloves garlic, grated to a paste or minced
  • 1 Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Small cucumbers, thinly sliced, if you can't find the small cucumbers, use 1 large
  • 1.50 Large carrots, cut julienne style
  • 1 Limes, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
  • As required Sesame seeds
  • As required Fresh brioche buns or bibb lettuce for lettuce wraps
