Directions : Korean Clam Noodle Soup Recipe

STEP 1.1. Wash and soak the clams in water for few minutes with salt.

STEP 2.2. Make the broth with anchovies and kelp for 10 minutes.

STEP 3.3. When the broth is ready put the clams in it for 3 minutes.

STEP 4.4. Take the clams out and now add zucchini, onions and carrots to the broth. Cook for few minutes.

STEP 5.5. Add the noodles to the broth.

STEP 6.6. Add minced garlic, pepper and salt according to taste.

STEP 7.7. Add the clams and cook for a minute. Ready to serve.
