Ingredients for Korean Clam Noodle Soup Recipe

  • 225 gram Noodles
  • 1/2 cup Zucchini
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1/4 No.s Green Onions
  • 1/4 No.s Carrots
  • 1/2 No.s minced Garlic
  • 3/4 tablespoon Salt
  • 450 gram Clams
  • 6 No.s Dried Anchovies
  • 4 No.s Kelp
  • As required Water

Directions: Korean Clam Noodle Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Wash and soak the clams in water for few minutes with salt.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2. Make the broth with anchovies and kelp for 10 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3. When the broth is ready put the clams in it for 3 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4. Take the clams out and now add zucchini, onions and carrots to the broth. Cook for few minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5. Add the noodles to the broth.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6. Add minced garlic, pepper and salt according to taste.

  • STEP 7.7. Add the clams and cook for a minute. Ready to serve.
