  • 5 No.s large dried Anchovies
  • 3 piece dried Kelp
  • 7 cup Water
  • As required Main Ingredients
  • 1 No.s Noodles pack
  • 1 cup Zucchini
  • 1 cup Potato
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Red Hot Pepper
  • 1/4 cup seasoned and roasted dried Laver
  • 1/4 cup crushed toasted sesame seeds
  • As required Seasoning Ingredients
  • 1.50 tablespoon Hot Pepper Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soyabean Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Hot Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced

Directions: Korean Spicy Noodle Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Boil the noodles beforehand and keep them aside.

step 2

  • STEP 1. Wrap anchovies and kelp in a cloth or a straining container to boil in 7 cups of water in a pan. This will prepare our broth. Cook it on medium flame for about 20 minutes.

  • STEP 1. Remove the foam, if any, from the water and add then add the seasoning ingredients.

  • STEP 1.Firstly add hot pepper paste to the broth, then soyabean paste, hot pepper powder, soup soy sauce and fish sauce.

  • STEP 1. Now mix it in the broth and add the potatoes to it. Cook it for 5 minutes.

  • STEP 1. Add zucchini and onions and the cooked noodles into the soup. Cook it for 5 minutes.

step 7

  • STEP 1. Now add the green onions, the hot pepper and the minced garlic.

step 8

  • STEP 1. Cook it for 2 more minutes and it is ready.you can top it with some crushed laver and some crushed sesame seeds. Serve hot.
