STEP 1.In a glass take 3 tbsp milk and add Kesar in it. Keep it aside.
STEP 2.Chop the mangoes and pour them in the blender with sugar and blend it to make a puree.
STEP 3.Take one cup puree in a pan and cook it for 10 minutes.at medium flame.
STEP 4.Now add the saffron milk and cook for 2 more minutes.
STEP 5.To this add milk powder and mix well.
STEP 6.Cook until it forms a dough.
STEP 7.Add 1 tbsp clarified butter and cardamom powder then mix well.
STEP 8.Transfer it to a plate and let it cool for 10 minutes.
STEP 9.Apply some clarified butter to your palms and make round balls out of the dough.
STEP 10.Garnish it with pistachios and saffron strands. Your mango pedas are ready to serve.
