Ingredients for Kesar Mango Peda Recipe

  • 3 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon saffron/Kesar
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Directions: Kesar Mango Peda Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a glass take 3 tbsp milk and add Kesar in it. Keep it aside.
  • STEP 2.Chop the mangoes and pour them in the blender with sugar and blend it to make a puree.
  • STEP 3.Take one cup puree in a pan and cook it for 10 minutes.at medium flame.
  • STEP 4.Now add the saffron milk and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • STEP 5.To this add milk powder and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cook until it forms a dough.
  • STEP 7.Add 1 tbsp clarified butter and cardamom powder then mix well.
  • STEP 8.Transfer it to a plate and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 9.Apply some clarified butter to your palms and make round balls out of the dough.
  • STEP 10.Garnish it with pistachios and saffron strands. Your mango pedas are ready to serve.
