How to Make Kesar Mango Peda Recipe
STEP 01
In a glass take 3 tbsp milk and add Kesar in it. Keep it aside.
STEP 02
Chop the mangoes and pour them in the blender with sugar and blend it to make a puree.
STEP 03
Take one cup puree in a pan and cook it for 10 minutes.at medium flame.
STEP 04
Now add the saffron milk and cook for 2 more minutes.
STEP 05
To this add milk powder and mix well.
STEP 06
Cook until it forms a dough.
STEP 07
Add 1 tbsp clarified butter and cardamom powder then mix well.
STEP 08
Transfer it to a plate and let it cool for 10 minutes.
STEP 09
Apply some clarified butter to your palms and make round balls out of the dough.
STEP 10
Garnish it with pistachios and saffron strands. Your mango pedas are ready to serve.
