• 500 gram Yellow egg noodles you can use instant noodles, ramen noodles, angel hair pasta, spaghetti pasta
• 3 Large eggs
• 3 tablespoon Cooking oil divided
• 1 inch 1 leek optional, cut into length and wash thoroughly
• 150 gram Large shrimp peeled and deveined. you can use meat like chicken, pork, beef
• 2 cup Shredded cabbage
• 0.25 cup Water
• 1 Large tomato quartered and seeded
• 3 tablespoon Kecap manis
• 3 tablespoon Soy sauce and more to taste
• 2 tablespoon Sambal oelek optional, or use homemade chili paste
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground white pepper
• 4 Shallots or use 1 small onion, diced
• 4 Cloves garlic finedly minced
• 5 Candlenuts optional
