• 3 teaspoon Paprika
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
• 1 teaspoon Tomato paste
• 1 Garlic clove, minced
• 2 inch Medium green peppers, cut into 1 pieces
• 2 Medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
• 3 tablespoon All purpose flour
• 3 tablespoon Cold water
• 0.5 cup Sour cream
