Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into meatballs.
  • STEP 2.In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the meatballs from the pot and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pot, add onions and garlic and cook until softened. Add paprika and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 4.Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, and bay leaves to the pot. Stir well to combine.
