Ingredients For Vegetable Soup Recipe

• 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
• 1 Medium or large onion, diced
• 3 Large carrots, diced
• 2 Celery stalks, diced
• As required Salt and pepper, to taste
• pinch A pinch of red pepper flakes, to taste
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
• 12 cup Chicken
• 1 can Diced tomatoes, juice and all
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 3 A4 medium yukon gold potatoes, diced
• 2 cup 1a fresh or frozen green beans, trimmed and chopped
• 2 cup 1a frozen corn
• 2 cup 1a frozen peas
• Optional:chopped kale or spinach
