2 cup Cooked millets
1 tbsp olive oil tofor pan
as required One medium onion
as required one medium capsicum
as required one medium finally chopped carrot
as required Green chiili
as required ginger garlic paste
as required salt to taste
as required Dhania powder
as required coriander leaves finally chopped.

STEP 1.Heat a tbsp of oil and in veggies ginger garlic paste chillies saute till golden.
STEP 2.Add in cooked mixed millets.
STEP 3.Now take a small portion of this better for millet tikki which shape u like.
STEP 4.Pan fry little oil till it is crispy and golden.
STEP 5.Now serve these tikkis with mint chutney imli ki khatti meethi chutney lemon and garnish with coriander leaves.
