Rose Kulfi is extremely easy to make and has a very creamy taste. It is the perfect dessert for the summer days. Do try and chill your dil with this yummy rose Kulfi. Here's to celebrating Mother's Day, desi style!

STEP 4.Fill the mixture in kulfi moulds and refrigerate in a deep freezer for 8 -10 hours or overnight.
STEP 5.Now before serving, run the mould under running tap water for a few seconds then carefully pull the kulfi out.
STEP 6.Your Rose Kulfi is ready to be served!
STEP 7.Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve immediately.
