After making mousse, i had some leftover whipped cream. I added few more leftovers from the fridge and voila, creamy, yummy parsi style, malai kulfi is ready.

  • 3/4 teaspoon leftover caramel
  • 1/2 slices of leftover white bread – remove sides and grind
  • 3/4 spoon oats
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 0.06 cup toasted chopped nuts optional – use your favorite
  • 0.06 teaspoon sea salt
  • As required Sugar/honey
