  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • as required Chopped Almonds And Pistachios For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, grind the almonds into a fine powder.
  • STEP 2.In a saucepan, heat the milk and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 3.Add the almond powder, sugar, and cardamom powder to the milk. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
  • STEP 4.Simmer the mixture on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
  • STEP 6.Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small cups.
  • STEP 7.Cover with aluminum foil and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 8.To serve, remove the kulfi from the molds by dipping them in warm water for a few seconds.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios before serving.
