Gulab jamun is a Punjabi sweets .its serves not only restro but also street in north india.
Some peoples made with instant mix but traditionl style is make with khoya .
STEP 1.First we make sugar syrup .combine sugar and 3cups of water in a deep non stick pan
STEP 2.Mix well and cook In a medium flame for 8-10 min while strring occasionly .
STEP 3.Simmer on a medium flame for 4to 5 min.till the syrup is of one string consistency .
STEP 4.Add saffron and cardamom pwdr mix well
STEP 5.Keep the sugar syrup warm.
STEP 6.To make Gulab Jamun
STEP 7.Combine all the ingredients in deep bowl and kned well in to a very smooth dough.
STEP 8.Devide this mixture in to 30equal Portions

STEP 16.Devide this mixture in to 30equal Portions and roll each into round balls .ensuring there are no cracks on the surface as .
STEP 17.Heat the ghee in a deep kadhai and deep fry few gulab jamun at a time on a slow flame til they turn brown clour from all the sides .
STEP 18.Drain well and immediatly immers in the warm sugar syrup .at least one hour
STEP 19.Ready all the remains jamun same.
STEP 20.Serve warm with rabdi or store in refrizrator
