  • 1/5 cup Khoya
  • 0.03 cup Plain flour
  • 0.30 tbsp Milk pwdr
  • 0.30 tbsp Arrowroot flour
  • 1/10 g hee for deep frying
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 0.03 Tsp tea sp saffron strands
  • 0.03 tsp Cardamom pwdr

How to Make Gulab Jamun With Rabdi Recipe

STEP 01

First we make sugar syrup .combine sugar and 3cups of water in a deep non stick pan

STEP 02

Mix well and cook In a medium flame for 8-10 min while strring occasionly .

STEP 03

Simmer on a medium flame for 4to 5 min.till the syrup is of one string consistency .

STEP 04

Add saffron and cardamom pwdr mix well

STEP 05

Keep the sugar syrup warm.

STEP 06

To make Gulab Jamun

STEP 07

Combine all the ingredients in deep bowl and kned well in to a very smooth dough.

STEP 08

Devide this mixture in to 30equal Portions

STEP 09

To make Gulab Jamun

STEP 15

Combine all the ingredients in deep bowl and kned well in to a very smooth dough.

STEP 16

Devide this mixture in to 30equal Portions and roll each into round balls .ensuring there are no cracks on the surface as .

STEP 17

Heat the ghee in a deep kadhai and deep fry few gulab jamun at a time on a slow flame til they turn brown clour from all the sides .

STEP 18

Drain well and immediatly immers in the warm sugar syrup .at least one hour

STEP 19

Ready all the remains jamun same.

STEP 20

Serve warm with rabdi or store in refrizrator
